an article in the Evening Telegraph states ......
"A council spokeswoman said: "We have an obligation to protect vulnerable people who do not have the mental capacity to make an informed decision as to how their care needs should be met."
Who is this spokeswoman ? does she not have a name ? I thought politicians wanted open Govt. or is she afraid of her family finding out what a heartless bitch they have in the family .
