If HBC or LCC are planning to do this then not only is it disgusting but downright dangerous. There are strict criteria for incineration of clinical waste, including dressings soiled with body fluids (and solids)... 
If you still have your letter Chav, scan it in and post it on here. I'm sure that one of us will pm the link to Greg Pope...
