I didn't say he was at fault...i was warning people against dealing with this con-artist...
I thought the purpose of a forum was to get on and give good advice to people, If you find a good garage,plumber,resturant or pint you tell folk and likewise if it's poor.
And as for the question, i will strive to get the best price possible on anything i buy be it discount multiple buying, for cash purchases seasonal sales ect ect.
