Also on the subject of so called Band wagon jumpers/newbies to Accrington i guess most will be fans that used to go and have started going again or have maybe thought about going but never gone and i`m only guessing here but i dont see many people from further afield being attracted to Stanley just because we are back in the league, but if they are then i think it can be only a good thing for the club, as its money in whichever way it comes into the club is whats needed to secure its future, so we should welcome fans both old and new especially the younger ones.

As a near full time home supporter and occasional away supporter for only 1.5 seasons i may not yet qualify as a proper fan but i am a fan, i love the club and will continue for as long as i can to actively follow and support them, i never intend when i first went to watch them of becoming a full time supporter, my son asked me if i would take him to a game and we`ve both been going ever since, he`s also adopted Stanley as his first team to, so it just goes to show that not all the young ones want to follow the glory teams.
Not having a dig, but in a few years if we progress a few leagues would you just leave Accy Stanley for another team Eg Prescot Cables?
