It must be very difficult for the embalmers to know how to set the facial expression as they never knew the person in life. My own mother looked nothing like herself either and it was difficult to believe it was actually her. My aunt on the other hand looked exactly like herself and so did a dear friend of ours who died just shortly before my first husband.
