Front page headline from this weekend's Observer is about how we are going to be fined if we put rubbish in the wheelie bin that could be re-cycled.

I have phoned three times over the last two years asking for the relevant sacks and box, each time I've been told I'll be sent them. I'm still waiting.

I have posted about it before on here, so if they try to fine me I may have to call you as witnesses for my defence.
