'Cause I work for the Group, and blatently asked one of the Directors today, told me a definite 'No'... could be lying though to cover up a forward plan.
They were planning, at one stage, of turning Clifton Mill into a hotel but, at the moment, has been put on the shelf for future considertion. Maybe your source getting a little confused with this.
I think the Palladium idea is good though as excellent position and could encourage a decent bar.
Lot of work though, eh? Best to knock it down and start again.
