If it's named filename.jpg and you originaly saved it as JPEG in paint, then try uploading it to
http://abarrett.ath.cx/upload and then click on it and see if it displays in your browser, if it does, then it'll work for everyone from there so just paste the link
... You don't need to resize it for that upload link either, as it's my own site not accyweb which has a 100kb restriction.
