The Langs arms (corner of Lang St and Dale St) was demolished many years ago to make way for new housing, I think you mean Stevenson Memorial Club (aka Dale St Club) on Grimshaw St which is now a mosque. I used to live around this area as a child and remeber my dad calling in the Langs on his way out on a Friday night.
