What the heck?
Approaching Accrington along Hyndburn Road we reach the viaduct roundabout and what do we see? A cardboard cutout crown?


It's being propped up at the back.


What does that say in the white banner at the front?


I think it's meant to refer to the Queen's 80th birthday but looks more like it says "Fils 50" Who the heck is Fil?
