the licence is given to the club and they sort of sub licence me to take the pics... thats how they automatically become ther e pictures and not mine

Has to be sold to recognised MEDIA and backed upw ith clippings and invoices for each one.... thats what me and seperatly the club have been told... mad innit..

Instead of paying me.. the local papers put
www.kipax.com on all the pics... i recently got paid for some pics from them at the end of the season but it wasnt 15 and they didnt itemise them.. even if they did it wouldnt have helped as not enough.
what they do.. they do to every club in the league and always have...
a loophole might be the online shop and selling pics on there.. you ahve to show them to sell them so in effect it would double up as a shop and gallery... but gotta wait to see what website they use yet...
