The drums I can happily live without. IMO, they're irritating and quite frankly contribute about as much to the atmosphere as a pneumatic road drill but singing, shouting and swearing at the referee are essential weekly therapy.
Practically, it has to be impossible to enforce a quiet football crowd so what's the worst the council can do? (Or would I rather not know!)
Right, I'm off to e-bay to bid on an air horn!!!
