If it really has been such that not one of 5 PCs has been fit for purpose(and I do mean you to think honestly if it was the PC or possibly something you did , installing software that messed it up) then you have protection under the Sale of Goods Act. I would be winging my way to trading standards right now.(actually I wouldn't because I would have sorted it before this long but hey, thats me)
