It's a saga of a group wanting to build a monument, statue, art sculpture, icon thing on a hill by accy, and the council not wanting them to, and then convincing everyone in accy that they don't want it.
They obviously prefer accy to be Bland, because they've done the same in the town centre.
So thats another fact, the only council that try's to keep it's town bland instead of trying to make it interesting and make it's mark, for future generations and history.
