Mick, I think you have inherited my old neighbours you poor thing. If you find your back yard strewn with fag ends, beer cans and broken glass after their parties then you'll know for sure.
I was honestly on the brink of making an anonymous phone call to Social Services and pretending to be concerned for their kids when they split up and moved out. I am still celebrating my good fortune that they have gone and they have left the house in a right mess. It serves landlords right for allowing pond life like this to move in in the first place..
