Try slicing some tomatoes and marinating them in a small amount of dark balsamic and a dusting of fresh ground black pepper for a couple of hours(or longer!), delicious.
I like balsamic just sprinkled over a mixed salad witha bit of good quality extra virgin olive oil.
Tuna fish (proper steak, not tinned) seared witha splash of balsamic and lea and Perrins
