Re: How are you all staying cool?
'76 was the long hot summer, as has been said already, when we had droughts and water shortages nationwide. It was also the year Dad decided we need a swimming pool. 
July of '77 was certainly bad. We were on holiday and it was too wet and choppy to take our boat out everyday for a fortnight.
