Children should be allowed to play and enjoy themselves as much as they want in their own gardens.
Like you say Kate if they break something they pay, fair enough.
God there's some grumpy owd buggers.
I bet they were the most aggravating, boisterous kids ever...but have sadly forgotten that being young is about being happy and free to enjoy yourelf.
