Katex...I like it ....you always tell it like it is. And while some pensioners find that they can do their banking in the usual way.....AT a bank..... there are some that find the process confusing and intimidating......and I do banking for my Mum, but she still gets her pension via the PO....mainly because she finds that easier. Ok, we may find the pensioner an inconvenience...especially if we are in a hurry, but we have to remember that there, but for the grace of God, go you and me.
I hope not to be in the position of not being able to pay my bills online....and to be able to get out to the bank....but you never know do you?
