Maybe, because I know powergen have. They did a complete u turn on it. Says in their leaflet that they had complaints and that they now see it as their customers are more important than saving a few quid by having their call centre abroad. Lets hope the rest see sense and realise that we are now going to go to companies that have uk call centres over companies that don't.
