Yeah, I had similar service not so long ago. I couldn't turn the hot tap off in the bath properly, water was dribbling out and I thought the washer had gone, rang H.H. about an hour later they were round ..... It ended up I was having a 'moment', the only thing that was wrong with the tap was, it was jammed and this little 7 stone weakling couldn't budge it
