The word on the street, is that Michael Branch from Chester will be allowed to go out on loan. It seems Chester have broken their wage cap, which only allows you to spend 60% of your income on wages. Chester would appear to have broken that, and they have until the transfer deadline to get back under it. The only slight drawback, is they recken he's on upwards of 3 grand a week! We at STFC pay between £300 and £800, so I don't think he's coming to us!
