Aparently there was 64 other people whom applied during that deal so those 64 people have now been re-imbersed too - even though they hadn't complained about it, so my complaint changed 64 peoples lives this billing month never mind my own!!
Now you put it like that Spuggie it was quite a victory one person can make a big deal
