We have a toaster in our office kitchen and you can make toast in the mornings. I used to keep a jar of honey, in my desk drawer, to spread on the toast. One morning I was getting some honey out of the jar when I realised someone had crept up beside me. I jumped a bit and a blob of honey flew off the knife and on to a pair of immaculate trousers, around the crotch area. I watched in horror as the blob rolled slowly down the sharp crease of the trouser leg and landed on a highly polished shoe. Then I looked up - into the face of a
