A bit harsh.
It is difficult, but you
must first build a case (without your employers knowing). You haven't said whether you have a union represenative (i'm guessing that you haven't), if you have, speak to them. Have a look at the ACAS website (link below) for further information. Everything you need to know is on thier site.
