Always put mine out the night before and the same for blue box collection as they come at....7:15 here for that and wake every one up! I do know that one of the bin chaps has to walk down the backs making sure all the bins are facing the right way[a challenging job by the sound of it] so maybe he dobbed you in for being late Lettie!
