the only drawback with putting them out the night before is other folk putting their rubbish in YOUR bin !
I put mine out one night and forgot about a bag of rubbish so I went out before I set off to work - opened my back gate and 4 black bags of rubbish fell on to me ! - someone had kindly place their rubbish on top of my bin which fell into my back garden..I simply grabbed the bags and put them against the bins already lined up outside..cheeky feckers...
