They brought these wheelie bins in because of health and safety regulations on the Dust bin mens back problems having to life heavy bags.
What about our health and safety?? In Letties case she has to walk down a DARK back alley on her own, RISK?? YES..........

Slippy pathing when wet Risk?? YES

HBC are taking the P*ss not just the house hold rubbish every week.
Sometimes I feel like ringing them up and telling them to deduct the cost of my rubbish collection that I pay................... I will take my own rubbish to the TIP in huncoat, at what ever time I feel it suitable and I will take tins, paper, cardboard ect.... all at the same time, Not one lot on a monday, then another lot on a thursday ect.........
