My fella ran it last year, the winner ran it in 32 minutes, he did it in 42mins. He says the course is up Burnley road, down the rabbit run to the Walton Arms then back up to Clayton. From Clayton up Whalley Road to the hospital, turn left down Queens Road then finish at Accrington Cricket Club on Thorneyholme Road.

He says it was a bit of a drag up Burnley Road, then 2k downhill and then a real horrible 5k drag up to Clayton!

It's always well attended and well organised.
