Could you not get in touch with Hyndburn Sports Centre and see what League(s) they run?
Im sure they would give you a list of teams in their League and the relevant Club Secretary's Details.
Also try www.thisislancashire.co.uk then click on the option Communigate down the left hand side.
Once you have loaded up Communigate there is an option called Sports Clubs & Associations if you click on that it will bring up a list of sports which includes Badminton i think
