last weekend at a local charity do,with all the usual stalls i was amazed to find an outraged parent going hammer & tounge at a raffle/tombola stall after selling a raffle ticket to there child ,that it self not a crime you say!!
but the child by this i mean teenage child who had won a bottle of whiskey, and they had handed it over to her , she then gathered up her mates went to there local park and got ratted ,surely the stall holder should not have sold this ticket to a child knowing full well that there may be a possability of them winning alcohol , and even more stupid handing it over when the law states an under 21 cant purchase this sort of sprit from any other sorce (if this would have been my child i would have informed the police)there must be a law against this sort of thing ,but the stall holder just kept on insising it was all in a good cause ,and hadnt done nothing wrong..........
