Any company with a workforce above a certain size and which wishes to tender for a public sector contract, has amongst other documentation to complete, a form which details the ethnic breakdown of its workforce. In order to progress in the bidding process, the data given should reflect the population profile of the location in which the firm is conducting it's business.Should the company then succeed in winning the contract, then the profiling of its workforce has to be updated annually.

I would guess the the new employees at Accy post office are all on the adult SMW; however, I still cannot see how they appear to be restricted to one ethnic group. This certainly seems to fall foul of the actual letter of the law on private provision in the public sector, if not then certainly the spirit.
