That's just the problem - we ain't getting better service. Everything from reduced deliveries with Royal Mail through to longer queues at the reduced number of sub-Post Offices and privatised Crown Post Offices mean a far, far worse service.
Oh, and by the way - the old Crown Post office employed a mixture of people from varios ethnic backgrounds. The only racism now appears to be on the part of the new, private company.
