I was also at the Torquay match and saw the very same "fans" that have already been mentioned.In no way am I a prude and I treat swearing as part and parcel of a football match - people just letting off steam (though I don't swear myself) - but the language coming from these guys was foul and abusive, and they seemed to keep it up for the entire match.

Though they were standing not far from the Ultras, I don't think anyone should confuse them with the Ultras, who are always fun with their fantastic level of support, singing and chanting, all of which is good natured and not offensive in any way (at least not to my ears !).

I should also mention that I was standing next to an elderly gentleman who is very well known to almost all Stanley fans, and he told me that he was appalled by the abuse from these so called "fans".
