Well, I didn't have one of those gut wrenching howls but silent tears ran down my face.

For such an awful subject, I felt that it was well handled and well acted. Excellent stuff.

The line 'in England, a dog would die in dignity', made me think, as a friend of mine is in the later stages of cancer. I wonder if she would have gone down the same road, should she have had the choice.

She has spent the last few months in agony and, hopefully, her pain might not last too long.
