Slinks nowt wrong with thinking of ways to help the public. At the end of the day you have proberly givenn it more thought than those that are supposed to. If I try it my way think of the laughs you could get.
The fact that AccyJay pulled all the relivent info shows it can be done but the council dosnt give a donald duck obout an issue as important as this otherwise they would have found a way to deal with it.
