Mimi has just informed me that this damage has been done since Thursday at least. Why haven't the council taken action?
It would take just a minute or less to remove the tree at its broken trunk so that at least it is less obvious. At the time of taking the photo, the gent in the picture shows his displeasure in his face, multiply that a few hundred times on a Saturday - - -
