I too find my newish Accyweb family much easier to share some things with those around me here physically. Most of my family are far off in different States and are of the "suck it up, don't show emotion" type.

Pouring out our emotions in a forum like this can be very consoling! Especially when you have mates who have come to "know" you and lend their support through various comments. Sharing my hurt for Ian (fireman) who I don't "know" from Adam feels okay to me cause I'm becoming part of the Accyweb family.

I have a super support system here in Culpeper. However, I also feel that if trafedy struck, I would want to share it with with guys. As always, to each his own!
