Think I know which one you mean, the company I work for considered it last year and seemed a good prospect as a new warehouse/offices, but didn't go ahead, so obviously, someone has.
Hey, think I have found a new hobby looking at all these planning applications ... can see what me neighbours are up to ... now, how on earth, can they afford a conservatory ??
