Seems with these companies you cant win - u get stung for pre paying, you get stung for using less, stung for using more, u get stung no matter which company u go with after making u beleive its cheaper...stung stung stung! No wonder people are using less because the rates they charge is scandalous, also the pressure from elsewhere to be energy efficient means people are saving leccy.
I just read on yahoo news that houses built in 2008 they should be installed with solar panelling
