If a Co takjes a payment on an non agreed date (particularly if that is early) then you can demand immediate repayment from the bank and THEY CAN NOT REFUSE! Its up to the orginator to o a repeat debit on teh correct date. |
True point easy to say harder to enforce lol but its why i dont prefer DD cos i cant always guarenttee being paid neither can anyone else - nothings guarentteed these days so hence stick to manual payments myself then i decide who getting paid what when, if it costs me a little more for the peace of mind so be it hehehehe
