I had an uncle that did painting and decorating for a living but that was how he did the gloss painting.
Not saying that how I do it LOL single coat quick dry non-drip gloss thank you!!!!
Yes ceiling first then wallpaper and if doing emulsion onto paper do the gloss work to seal small cracks then finish off with the emulsion paint
