Odd job men
Remember when there were men who went around doing all those 'odd jobs' for people. You never hear of them nowadays and most firms aren't interested in coming out for a small job that needs doing around the house.
How do you ensure anyway that someone who comes to the house is able to make a good job of the work you want doing.
