I never do sleep very well but this week is so bad. They are re-surfacing the main road and start work at eleven in the evening until six the next morning.

Not such a problem you might think as I don´t work so a good lie in would be ok......except that the new work on the empty site next door starts at half seven and goes on until five in the afternoon.

I´m really wrecked and it has only been a few days. It appears that this will last for months. The worst of it is the digger things which beep everytime they reverse. Just like a continual alarm clock going off in your head.
