Oh that sounds awful. It drives me up the wall when my neighbour is drilling and hammering during the day but I realise it has to be done. It must be terrible not to be able to sleep at night for noise too.

I know you said the placards at the Town Hall idea isn't on over there but are there any neighbours similarly affected and how are they coping?
