I know they already have, but i think it is an out-dated stupid practice. The hour of daylight we get in the morning is not worth it. Its far more important to have light in the evenings, thats when children (and adults) are still out and about.
Apparently there are more accidents on the roads due to this. AND, it coincides with what Willow was saying in her thread about the mini bus (dont start!) My daughter has a paper-round, she wears an alarm with her and i meet her before it gets too dark. This is REALLY annoying, firstly because she doesn't give me any of her earnings
AND i'd rather stay inside curled up on the settee in the warmth!
