Cant believe that the council would be so tight fisted that they would charge for a charity event. Another nail in this administrations coffin which even if they did change their minds would be labled as an error by some admin person in the town hall even if the policy was set by those in their crystal and ivory towers.

The words that come to mind over this cannot be typed in a family friendly forum.
