i agree john and jimmy are ideal for their passion but we have always done better with coaches who are more defensive minded. it also means we have a balanced staff which as resulted in 2 key players being involved with bigger teams. we will never be premiership or championship material, and attendances will never be massive with so many well supported teams near by, but if we have a strong backroom staff set up we can build a strong team which could handle the loss of a few influential plays. we cant pay silly money for players but nurture them and you have a league team for years to come.

so forget about big name (and big price) players or roofs and bars, lets get back to basics and show that accrington can produce something more than nori bricks !!!! lets have a "NORI TEAM"
