See this is the problem with business, councils, any sort of big organisation.
Nobody seems to let someone sort a problem out with some common sense.
My mum has been trying to get broadband for about a month now, something is wrong .. but if they just got someone to actualy personaly look at the account and situation and sorted it out, we'd be all done and happy, instead you get passed through a load of people that have no idea whats wrong, dont particularly care if they're helping, and they'll just sign her up again and the same problem will happen when they try and connect.
