Web developers and authors maintain an array of Browsers (graphical, textual, screen readers, et al.) available in order to check the function of their documents (Web pages). And, of course, if documents are composed using validated (to standard DTDs) HTML Markup and Cascading Style Sheets, then interoperability -- correct rendering in all Browsers -- is assured.
